AI, DIGITAL LAW, AND DATA PRIVACY

Enabling Safe and Scalable Growth
Across the U.S. and the EU

À propos de nous

OUR VISION

In a fragmented and fast-changing digital landscape, business success now depends on anticipating and managing regulatory complexity in real time.

From evolving AI and data regulations to extraterritorial laws, trade sanctions, and technology dependencies, these risks no longer sit on the sidelines: they define strategy, valuation, and market access. For innovation-driven companies and investors scaling across the U.S. and Europe, mastering this ecosystem is not optional, it is a strategic imperative to enable growth and maintain trust.

At Goossaert Law, we believe emerging and frontier technologies require a new definition of legal risk management: a holistic, cross-market approach that connects compliance with business execution, anticipates regulatory shifts, and turns risk into a competitive advantage.

This is the value we bring: clear insights, practical solutions, and trusted counsel to help organizations scale confidently and future-proof their business models.

OUR SERVICES

We help U.S. and European tech companies and investors scale safely across markets.

Our mission is to turn regulatory complexity - AI, data, and digital market laws - into a competitive advantage.

We provide actionable compliance strategies, market-entry audits, and ongoing counsel that help businesses secure deals, accelerate expansion, and build investor confidence.

Our work spans from multi-layer regulatory assessments (AI Act, GDPR, DSA/DMA, and U.S. state privacy laws), data governance and sovereignty strategies, and transaction negotiations.

We also help organizations anticipate cross-border risks and dependencies on technology providers.

Whether you are entering the EU or the U.S., our approach connects legal readiness with business execution, from first audit to long-term strategic support.

OUR CORE SERVICES INCLUDE

STEP 1: MARKET-ENTRY AUDIT
Assess your readiness to scale across markets

Scaling across markets requires trust from regulators, clients, and investors. Our Market-Entry Audit delivers 1. a compliance maturity score covering the AI Act, GDPR, DSA/DMA, and U.S. data frameworks, and 2. an actionable roadmap designed to accelerate go-to-market while reducing legal exposure. Ideal for U.S. companies entering the EU, or EU companies targeting the U.S.

STEP 2: COMPLIANCE IMPLEMENTATION
Build your compliance foundation

We transform audit findings into a full compliance stack enabling your products, teams, and operations to meet EU and U.S. requirements from day one. This includes internal and external policies, records of processing and AI system documentation, contracts and data processing agreements, and data governance frameworks. Ideal for companies preparing product launches, market expansion, or partner onboarding in the EU or U.S.

STEP 3: FRACTIONAL DATA/AI COUNSEL
Maintain legal readiness as you grow

Fast-growing companies often lack in-house legal resources to keep up with evolving AI and data regulations. Our Fractional Data/AI Counsel model fills that gap, providing ongoing strategic and operational support - calls, document review, product compliance checks, and risk monitoring - all for a predictable flat monthly fee. This ensures your team stays compliant, aligned with investors, and ready for audits as you scale internationally.
